First Class Free!

We offer a fun way to do cardio through our boxing and kickboxing classes! Classes are beginner friendly and highly recommended to go at your own pace. You will learn the fundamentals of striking and build the conditioning of a boxer/kickboxer! 

Coaches will be with you the entire class to help guide you through the workouts and help you with technique. All classes require gloves and hand wraps. If don't have your own, you can purchase them here.
